I'm Kenny Franklin, the owner of Pro-Spect. I've been in the home inspection business since 1989. I have performed roughly over 8k inspections during this time. I have been performing radon tests for over 12 years as well.

I grew up working in my father's two Ace Hardware stores and construction company here in Stafford. I have spent my life around the housing industry in the Fredericksburg & northern Virginia area with my father. Go to the our beginings page to learn more. Crowning my housing skills is the fact that I'm a licensed REALTOR. I understand the importance of a home inspection and the perspective of a home inspection. Oddly, I also have a computer programming background. After graduating from North Stafford High School in 1983, I went to school to learn computers and was a computer programmer from the mid 1980's into the mid 1990's.

Not only did I start home inspections in 1989, but I married my wife, Christine. Christine used to operate the office when I started Pro-Spect. Now, Christine is the office manager for our church, Stafford Crossing Community Church. We have two children, Ian & Sydney. Occasionally, Ian will go on a home inspection with me and help out. He is an expert at filling up bathtubs and sinks.

Beth Rook is my office manager. She is the voice of Pro-Spect. Beth has been working with me for over 3 years. In addition to running the office, she has been performing radon tests for 3 years.

Beth also has an insurance company, Rook Insurance, and she is a licensed REALTOR.

Beth is the mother of 2 daughters.
